Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging. It must also be free from any signs of assembly, modification, or damage. If the item is not in a re-sellable condition, we may refuse the return or deduct a fee from the refund.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@lunetti.co with your order number. Once your return request is accepted, we’ll inform the warehouse team know to schedule a pickup for your item
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, you may return it following the standard return process. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that return shipping costs and restocking fees still apply.
Order Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before finalizing it. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed. However, if you notify us within 72 hours of placing your order, we may be able to cancel it before it is shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to accept delivery and initiate a return as per the standard process.
For custom-made and personalized furniture, cancellations are not possible once processing has begun.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
